Where They Were: Deloitte's employees relied on a growing set of disconnected systems — SharePoint for documents and team sites, ServiceNow for IT and HR services, and Contentful for curated internal content. Finding the right information meant knowing which system to look in, then searching each one separately.

Deloitte needed a partner who could design and build a single intranet search experience — one that could index and rank content across every source, return genuinely relevant results, and keep scaling as new data sources and new surfaces were added over time.

Sengo designed and built Deloitte's internal intranet search from the ground up, powered by Coveo. The initial scope unified content from SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Contentful — connecting each source, mapping its content, and tuning relevance so a single search returns the right answer no matter which system it lives in.

Evolving the Platform

The engagement didn't end at launch. Sengo continues to support the platform's ongoing evolution — onboarding new data sources and embedding Coveo into more surfaces across Deloitte's digital ecosystem, including search-as-a-service within SharePoint sites so teams get relevant results without leaving the tools they already use.
